Inland Letters| Blogchatter A2Z 2025 Theme Reveal

Inland Letters—one of the greatest inventions of the Department of Posts before emails and instant messages were known to the common public. But nowadays, you rarely find anyone using it to communicate.

Since my childhood, I have been very much attracted to letter writing. Once, I posted writing something on a piece of paper torn from a notebook and put it in the letterbox without an address, thinking it would be delivered to whom I wished.

During my engineering days, I was fond of Inland letters, and I brought a bundle of Inland letters from the post office, and it was an amazing conversation with the postman. He mentioned he was shocked that someone still uses inland letters in the era of WhatsApp and emails; I had to wait a couple of days so the post office could get the inland letters ordered from the upper post office division.

Coming back to Blogchatter's A2Z Challenge in April, this is my first year of participation. I was a little confused about which theme to pick, and I thought, what could be the best way to write 26 letters according to the theme and revive my love of letter writing?

Writing Inland letters will be a great way to pour my emotions into writing by participating in the Blogchatter's A2Z Challenge.

Some letters are easier to write; some require more emotional strength to write, and you see hence some alphabets marked as ?.
