It was 5 Years ago Before the COVID; I planned to drive to pawn lake for campaigning with one of my friend whom i liked most that time. Since the route to reach the lake was nearer from the society I was living in, I started my drive in morning enjoying the surroundings of village in route between.
I reached the Lake site where we had planned to stay tonight and do campaigning a little earlier. It was surrounded by forest one side and valley on the other side. I sat near the Lake side to enjoy some silence and nature's noise around me.
Soon my friend and her friends arrived. We met and greeted each other and then some of us went to buy some food stuffs for the night. It was my friend's Birthday tomorrow. We were actually seeing of each other and we decided to meet her to have talk and see how it goes.
Post lunch and some rest, we had our high tea and did some chit-chatting. It was time to wear winter clothes as it was getting dark and cold. We both finally got our personal space for each other to talk.
During the talk i realize It was a once sided serious from my end and she was not serious.
This though was slowly capturing my mind and heart like a virus and hurting me.
The bone fire was finally lit and people were seating across it enjoying the music. I was seating with others but within, I was alone there; buried in my thought. The bone fire was giving a vibe; a vibe that you need to be strong and ready to suffer some pain to face anything that comes. After all, experience teaches us all. The fire burning outside was also burning within me. A fire of hurt, a fire of rejection, a fire of imperfection.
I sat sometime alone when all went to sleep; gazing stars amidst the forest along side the lake. Deeply buried in the thoughts, how should i overcome this fire within or should i let the fire buried for some time and make it sure to channelize it in a proper way? I couldn't recognize when i slept in the blanket of stars and it was time for sun to rise.
A fresh start of the day; leaving behind the past and moving towards the better future. We left behind the Pawn lake and explore Lonavala's Dinosaur park and ending the day. I left for the Pune with best and bitter moments in the life.

The experience around the Forest and bone fire around Pawna lake has taught me to be strong enough emotionally and mentally to face any challenges thrown at you in the life.
